CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION and

LANE CLOSURE INFORMATION

Project: 2018 PAVEMENT PATCHING PROJECT

Construction Information: The Town of Jackson and CM Owen Construction will be starting construction of the 2018 Pavement Patching Project on Friday, June 1st. Milling and pavement patching work will occur on Friday, June 1st; Saturday, June 2nd; Monday, June 4th through Friday, June 8th, weather permitting. This project involves milling the existing pavement, leaving the millings in place, then removing the millings just prior to pavement patching. There will be up to three days between milling and pavement patch completion at any given patch location as these portions of the work require different equipment.

Pavement patch locations are listed below:

Snow King Avenue – various patches on the north and south side of the road from the east side of Karns Meadow Drive to near Scott Lane

Scott Lane near Broadway Avenue

Scott Lane at Maple Way (northwest corner at the bike lane)

Flat Creek Drive near Fairgrounds

N Millward Street near Mercill Avenue

N Willow Street between E Broadway Avenue and E Deloney Ave

Vine Street near E Karns Avenue

Rancher Street near E Broadway Avenue

Smith Lane and Simon Lane (as part of the Smith-Simon Sewer Replacement Project)

LANE CLOSURE & ACCESS RESTRICTION Information: Friday, June 1st; Saturday, June 2nd; and Monday, June 4th through Friday June 8th, the roads listed above will have lane closures, narrow travel lanes, and traffic flaggers. Alternating traffic and two-way traffic will be maintained through the work zones as appropriate for the patch location. Bicycle and pedestrian traffic will be permitted at all times. No street parking is permitted in the areas of patching work.

Additional Information: Please be aware of, and obey all construction notification signage, and parking restriction signage as it is there for your safety and the safety of the construction workers.
