Members of the public planning to speak under the Public Comment section of a regular Town Council meeting may request to have their name listed on an agenda by submitting a letter to the Town Clerk at least 10 business days prior to a regular Council meeting. The letter shall: 1) Clearly indicate the request to be placed on a Council agenda, and 2) Include the speaker’s name, and 3) Briefly describe the issue on which they plan to speak.
