You can make a difference in the lives of local crime victim's through Old Bill's Fun Run.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Teton County Victim Services booth at the 2018 Old Bill's Fun Run this past Saturday! This amazing event is a huge help to the Teton Victim Services Program. These donations go directly to helping Local Crime Victims in Teton County and providing training for full time advocates and our volunteer advocates. Some of the assistance provided in the past year have included: assisted victims with airfare for the sentencing hearing of a sexual assault crime, therapy for a victim of domestic violence, pepper spray has been provided to numerous victims of domestic violence and stalking, towing fees have been covered for a victim of larceny, hotel stays have been provided for a victim of domestic violence, cell phones and cell phone minutes have been provided to several victims of violent crimes, among other assistance. Old Bills Fun Run Donations have also provided training opportunities for our staff and advocates at the local, state, and national level.
Although Teton County Victim Services was accidentally left off the Donor forms for this year's Old Bill's Fun Run, you can still make a contribution to our program. You may designate Teton County Victim Services as the program to benefit from your donation through the online form at the Community Foundation's Webpage. Donations will be accepted until September 14th, 2018. All donations made through Old Bill's Fun Run are also matched by Old Bill's Match pool :)
