Jackson Municipal Code: No person shall operate a motor vehicle while using a cell phone or using a wireless communication device to view, send or compose an electronic message while operating a motor vehicle. This prohibition of use includes, but is not limited to: talking, text messaging, taking photographs, or any other use which causes a driver's attention to be diverted.
