Blotter time!
20041705: On April 19, 2020, at 12:51 p.m., Officer O’Donnell responded to a report of someone urinating in a public place. He responded to the location and found the man seated in his vehicle. He admitted to urinating in public and explained he lived a short distance away. The reason he did not return home to take care of his business, was because he was taking part in a video conference and did not want to disturb his roommates. Officer O’Donnell gave the 30 year old Jackson, WY man a citation for urinating in public.
