20060333: Traffic Collision.
20060351: Animal Attack (Husky attack on mini-pincer)
20060354: On June 3, 2020, at 7:24 p.m., RO Schmidl responded to a report of a False ID at the Cowboy Bar. Once there, the doorman told her a father and daughter were trying to get into the bar, but the daughter’s ID appeared to be fake. RO Schmidl verified the ID was, in fact, fake and wrote the 17 year old Beulah, CO daughter a citation.
20060360: On June 3, 2020, at 8:25 p.m., RO Schmidl observed a man staggering down the sidewalk on Flat Creek Drive. He appeared heavily intoxicated and almost fell several times. When contacted, the man asked if he could sit because he was so drunk he couldn’t stand up. He was unable to give RO Schmidl an address so we could get him home, so she had to arrest the 59 year old Butte, MT man for Public Intoxication. His portable breath test was a .305%. He was also found to be in possession of marijuana, so he was charged with that too.
20060382: On June 4, 2020, at 2:28 a.m., Officer Raab stopped a vehicle for speeding. When he contacted the driver, he found him to be intoxicated. The man did poorly on field sobriety testing and provided a portable breath test of .114%. Officer Raab arrested the 25 year old Jackson, WY man for DUI.
20060042:On June 4, 2020, at 2:12 p.m., Officer Blair responded to a report a person was researching ways to kill themselves. When she arrived she began speaking with the person and family members to determine what kind of help this person needed. Officer Blair ultimately determined the person was in crisis and got them the help they needed.
20060426: Traffic Accident.
20060431: On June 4, 2020, at 2:43 p.m., Cpl. Jones responded to a report of Sexual Assault. This case is still active, so we will not be saying anything further about it other than to say we are attempting to locate the suspect for interview.
20060434: On June 4, 2020, at 4:06 p.m., Officer Blair responded to a report of someone having spray painted the elk antler arches on the town square. She arrived to inspect the damage and, sure enough, someone had painted the letters BLM on the north east corner.

20060463: On June 4, 2020, at 7:50 p.m., Officer Gerlach responded to a report of Theft. When he arrived, the victim reported someone had taken the paddles from his raft. Replacing those is going to cost about $400, so he’ll be up the creek without his paddles until he recovers the old ones or buys new ones.
20060484: On June 5, 2020, at 2:28 a.m., RO Schmidl responded to a report of a man attempting to break into a residence. When officers arrived, the home owner directed them to a basement window, where they found the suspected. The suspect appeared to have passed out after only making it halfway through the window. RO Schmidl had to arrest the 32 year old Pensacola, FL man for criminal entry.
20060485: On June 5, 2020, at 3:33 a.m., RO Schmidl to a report of intoxicated juveniles on e-bikes creating a disturbance. When they arrived, they could clearly see the juveniles were preparing to play beer pong. They admitted to consuming alcohol, parents were notified and citations were written.
20060601: On June 5, 2020, at 11:48 p.m., RO Schmidl responded to a report of a disturbance. She determined a female living at the residence was being threatened by a male person also living there and helped her move her things to a different location and provided her information to get help at the Community Safety Network.
20060672: On June 6, 2020, at about 3:00 p.m., Officer Normand responded to a report of a man urinating on an ice machine by the New York City Sub Shop. That’s just gross. Officer Normand was able to located the man and wrote the Highlands Ranch, CO man a ticket for Urinating in Public.
20060727: On June 7, 2020, at about 2:03 a.m., RO Schmidl responded to a report of an intoxicated male at a hotel knocking on people’s doors disturbing their peace. Upon arrival, officers found the intoxicated male in the parking lot. He did in fact have a room there but locked the key inside and destroyed the door knob and locking mechanism in the door trying to get back in. He did not know if he caused the damage as he could not remember. His slurred speech, poor balance, no place to stay the night, left him unable to care for himself. The 34 year old Columbia, MO man was arrested for Public Intoxication and cited for destruction of property.
20060756: On June 7 2006, at 11:32 a.m., Officer Ayling responded to a report of an adult female displaying erratic behavior on the bike path. Police arrived and determined she was in crisis that caused her to be a danger to herself. She was transported to the hospital to get help.
