• The Council and Commission authorized staff to release a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to perform an Employee Generation by Land Use Study (housing nexus study).
SPECIAL TOWN COUNCIL WORKSHOP
3:00PM
- The Council interviewed Chris Beda and Estela Torres for a seat on the Housing Authority.
- The Council directed staff to draft a Ground Lease for the development of 430 & 440 West Kelly Avenue for up to 16 permanently deed restricted homes and include four Rights of First Purchase.
- The Council directed staff to work on an LDR text amendment for housing mitigation.
