• The Council and Commission received a report on stabilizing dispatch services. They directed Town staff to pursue the most cost efficient and effective approach to dispatch and present that during the budget process
• The Council and Commission received an update on Traffic Modeling.
Regular Evening Meeting

• New town employee, Lynsey Lenamond was introduced by the Mayor as the Town’s new information coordinator.
• The Council approved meeting minutes and disbursements as presented.
• Temporary Sign Permits were approved for Climb WY Training (P20-033) and Jackson Hole Food & Wine (P20-028).
• Special Event Permits were approved for the EcoFair and Spring Clean-Up, Children’s Museum Touch-A-Truck, and the Old West Days and Million Dollar Music Fest.
• The Council approved a contract for the Martin & Berger Sewer Lift Station Rebuild maintenance project to Advanced Pump and Equipment Co.
• A contract was awarded to Evans Construction for Hansen Avenue and Jackson Street Sidewalk Improvements.
• The Council awarded a contract to Jorgensen Associates for Phase 1 of the Core Services Facility project.
• These planning items were continued to another meeting: P19-229 Teton Village Master Plan to March 16, P19-187 LDR Text Amendment to S.8.10 to April 6, and P19-201 Snow King Master Plan to March 16.
• The Council discussed a letter to the Forest Service commenting on the Snow King draft Environmental Statement on their Master Plan Amendment and finalized it.
• Planning item P20-004, a subdivision plat at 540 Cache Creek Drive was approved.
• Planning item P20-008, a partial vacation without replat at 660 Cache Creek Drive was approved.
• Ordinance L updating the liquor municipal code passed third reading and will be effective March 4.
• Ordinance N was approved at second reading granting Jackson Curbside a franchise renewal.
• The Town Managers report contained an update on sales and lodging tax.
