Each month, the Value Jackson Award is passed from one employee to another who has demonstrated exemplary levels of the Town values: openness, innovation, respect, professionalism, positive workplace, stewardship & conservation, and an “it is my job, it is OUR job” attitude. The recipient of the award then selects a Town staffer for the following month and so on.
This month, Town staff gathered to celebrate Floren and everything she does for the Town. Staff members thanked Floren for her hard work. Congratulations, Floren!
