• Staff was directed to bring back a draft ordinance for first reading regulating the single use plastic bags to the next available Council meeting.
• Updates to the Hillside LDRs were discussed and continued to another workshop or meeting.

EVENING MEETING

6:00pm
• Meeting minutes and disbursements were approved and the September Municipal Court Report was placed into the record.
• Temporary Sign Permits were approved for WYSAW and the Fireman’s Ball.
• The Council accepted a Homeland Security Grant Award on behalf of the Jackson Police Department.
• A satellite location was approved for Jackson Hole Winery.
• The 2018 Rodeo Annual Report was accepted and 2019 Rodeo Dates were approved. The World Series of Roping Event was approved for June 29 and an additional rodeo may take place on July 11, 18, or August 1.
• The planning items for Central Wyoming College were continued to November 5.
• An Encroachment at 215 N. Cache Street was withdrawn indefinitely.
• The Council approved a Budget Amendment to the FY2019 Budget.
• Assistant Town Manager, Roxanne Robinson, and Town Manager, Larry Pardee, were named as members of the Human Services Planning Core Committee.
• The Town Managers report contained an update on the lodging tax, special meetings for Snow King Master plan, downtown parking management study open house, and an accounting summary on the purchase of 115 E. Pearl Avenue.
