CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION UPDATE

Project: SMITH-SIMON SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT

Construction Information: Construction of the Smith-Simon Sewer Replacement Project has continued to progress with all sewer and storm water piping installed. Upcoming work includes roadway preparation and pavement patching at the intersection of May Way/Smith Lane, and the south side of Smith and Simon Lanes.

“No-Parking” signage has been placed along Smith Lane and Simon Lane for construction equipment access and to maintain vehicle access. Please respect these signs and park in allowable locations on adjacent side streets outside of the construction area.

ACCESS RESTRICTION Information: Monday, June 11th and Tuesday, June 12th paving activities will occur. The intersection of May Way/Smith Lane will be closed to through traffic during paving operations. Access to Cluster 4 will be through May Way, and access to Smith Lane will be through Scott Lane. Clusters 1 & 2, and Simon Lane will be accessible with alternating traffic as needed. Access to driveways will be restricted on the south side of Smith and Simon Lanes during paving activities. Pedestrian and bicycle access will be allowed at all times.

Additional Information: Please be aware of, and obey all construction notification signage, and parking restriction signage as it is there for your safety and the safety of the construction workers.
