Jackson's Town Hall is the center of activity for municipal government. It is located just a few blocks from the Town Square, in the heart of downtown Jackson. Built in 1986, we strive to maintain this building and make it as energy efficient as possible.
Energy Efficiency
Town Hall has dozens of photovoltaic solar panel cells on its roof, which help offset the amount of power we pull from the electric grid. Additionally, through Lower Valley Energy, we ensure electricity we utilize to power Town Hall, streetlights, and power for all of our buildings comes from 100% renewable energy sources.
