Permit Required
An individual who desires to construct, alter, repair, or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, alter, repair, remove, or replace any plumbing system, the installation of which is regulated by this code, or to cause any such work to be performed, must obtain a plumbing permit prior to starting work. Failure to do so will result in a fine.
Qualification of Installer
Any work requiring a plumbing permit and inspection as defined in this code shall be installed by a licensed Plumbing contractor with a valid Town of Jackson Contractor’s License.
Plumbing Permit Application
The plumbing permit can be applied for through the Town of Jackson's Smart Gov Portal. The link to the portal is Smart Gov Portal .
