Non-Discrimination Ordinance

On July 16, 2018, Jackson's Town Council passed a Non-Discrimination Ordinance.

"It is declared to be among the civil rights of the people of the Town of Jackson, Wyoming to be free from discrimination in housing, public accommodations, and employment, and for it to be contrary to the policy of the Town and unlawful to discriminate against any person because of sexual orientation or gender identity or expression." 

Jackson is the second municipality in Wyoming to provide the ability for individuals to file complaints with the Town if they believe they have been discriminated against in housing, employment, or public accommodation based on their sexual orientation or gender identity.
