In November of 2023, Jackson's Town Council updated its Non-Discrimination Ordinance including the following.
"It is declared to be among the civil rights of the people of the Town of Jackson, Wyoming to be free from discrimination in housing and public accommodations, and for it to be contrary to the policy of the Town and unlawful to discriminate against any person based on actual or perceived race, color, religion, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, ethnicity, disability, age, political affiliation, or pregnancy status."
